When ordering by mail, please indicate description, size and quantity.
Include credit card number with expiration date and 3 digit number from back of

We now ship only US Postal Service, so we can accommodate PO boxes.

ORDERING
& DISCOUNT INFORMATION
These wholesale prices are based on
quantity orders.
The minimum order at these prices
is $100.00.
This quantity discount schedule applies only
to most 16" semi-precious beads. Exceptions
are Fresh Water Pearls, Lapis, malachite, Azurite and Amethyst which have variable market prices and will be discounted on a
market basis. Special promotions are on sale as discounted prices
and further discounts are only available by large volume. These
items will, however, count toward Total 16" Order Volume.
Findings are discounted in their respective
sections. For larger volume finding discounts, please inquire.
This discount schedule does not apply
to special sale flyers.
In the event of a printing or pricing error,
we will charge the corrected price.
A 50% deposit is required on all special orders.
No returns on special orders or items cut
to order.
Maryland residents must add 6% sales tax or
provide us with a copy of your Maryland Retail Sales Tax license.
The Maryland Attorney General requires us to charge tax on all
sales under $200.00 to Maryland Retail Sales Tax licensees unless
the sale is delivered to their place of business.
We guarantee our merchandise and accept returns
within 10 days of delivery. There may be a 10% restocking fee
on returned items and returns may affect your discount. After
10 days, returns will be accepted only with a pre-authorization,
and may be subject to a higher restocking fee.
No returns on special orders or items cut
to order.

This website has been tested on multiple browsers on both Windows and Macintosh platforms and will operate on systems with a minimum of 600mhz, Internet explorer 3.0, Windows 95 and 8mb SYN-DRAM memory.
It has been tested to work on 28.8KBS Modems or better. If for some reason you are still having troubles viewing the site, please check your system for proper functionality.
